Our Philosophy
At Userfaction we believe that technology should be desirable, useful, usable and innovative.
That's why we take a integrated approach to usability. Branding, design, functionality, writing, trust and credibility all contribute to a positive customer experience.
And because we understand the challenges of the fast-paced IT industry, we'll work with you to develop solutions that are practical, timely, cost-effective, and suited to your business goals.
We are dedicated to helping you build better products that customers find easier to use.
We believe that improving the usability of your website, software or product will:
- reduce development and support costs
- reduce the need for expensive redevelopment
- increase sales & customer satisfaction
- enhance your brand
- give you a competitive edge.

About this site
This site is both a professional and personal site. It aims to be a resource for both practictioners and non-practictioners on all aspects of usability.
While we strive to apply usability best-practices in this site, we also want to experiment a little, and try out some new layouts or techniques. Sometimes the experiments will fail. If you do not like, or cannot use, any feature of this site, please let us know (info[at]userfaction.com).
